Coming Events

There are lots of events going on all year long. We'd love to have you and your friends join us for all the fun. Be sure to check out what we're doing and make sure you and your friends all have a permission form on file.

VBS-June 20-23, 9:30 to noon each day
All 7th and 8th grade students have the opportunity to work VBS, while the 6th grade gets to attend and welcome the new 6th graders to Torrid.
Velocity-June 25-30, Cost: $285
This is one of the best weeks of the year, don't miss out on this great camp.
Capture the Flag-July 6, 9-11:30 pm
Umm…enough said…we'll be playing capture the flag. We'll also have a fire going.
Mission Trip-July 10-15
Please be praying for our missions team as they spend the week serving around Detroit.
Kalahari-July 27, 8 am-8 pm
Join us for a great day at Kalahari….lots of fun at the biggest indoor waterpark around.
Tiger's Game-August 15, 5:30-11? pm. Cost: $15

Sunday Swims-Every Sunday starting July 31 from 4-6:30
We'll be heading to people's houses to swim, eat, hang out, and have lots of fun.
Ultimate Bible Study-1st 4 Wednesdays in August from 10-noon
We'll play Ultimate Frisbee, then sit down for a Bible study. Bring your own lunch.
6th Grade Welcome Night-August 31, 7-8:30
A great night to welcome all new 6th graders to find out what Torrid is all about.
