I hope you’re not afraid of the dark! Sneak through the church to find missionaries hidden in closets and dark corners all while trying to avoid guards who will mark you or take you to jail! Such a fun night to hear about what God is doing all around the world in the middle of a great game.
Invite your friends and make sure you both have a permission form on file. You will also want to bring a flashlight so you can see.

Hey Torrid….hope you all had a great Christmas break. I hope you’ll join us tonight as we kick off 2012! We’ll be starting a new series called Your Locker. It’s gonna be great. So excited to get back and see everyone….play some stupid games, spend time in our family groups, sing together, and look at what God wants to teach us about life.

Join us Friday, December 30 for a great night of fun as we celebrate the end of the year. We’ll have a great time with friends as we look back on the past year and look forward to what God has in 2012. Meet up at church at 8:15 and we’ll head out for a full night of fun for only $20. There will be so much to do…..including broomball, ice skating, laser tag, basketball, volleyball, video games, music, capture the flag, bowling, and who knows what else. I hope you’ll be able to join us.
We’ll leave at 8:15 pm and return back to church at 7 am on Saturday morning. You will want a few extra $$ for food as concession will be open during the night at bowling and at Wayne Rec. Invite your friends and make sure you both have a permission form filled out. Everyone will also need to sign and bring this form with you.

Come on our for the Torrid Christmas Party on Sunday, December 18. It’ll be from 6-8 pm after small groups up in Room 303. Be sure to bring a wrapped gift valued at $5 or less. It could be candy, a gift card….or you could search your house for something you don’t want anymore that someone else might want (a bag of paper clips is something no one wants!).
Also, we need people who are willing to make (or buy) and bring 2 dozen Christmas cookies to share. If you’d like to help out with desert for the night, please sign up or contact Phil.

Mark your calendars now! Winter Blast will be February 24-26. Beware…it is at the end of Winter Break in case your family is someplace warm.
Join us this weekend as we encourage you to GO FOR IT!!! When it comes to our relationship with Jesus, we want you to go just go for it. We’ll be heading up north to Timber Wolf Lake for an awesome weekend. Forms are now available. Cost for the weekend is $120 if you sign up before February 5, the cost goes up to $130 after that time.

Join us on November 23 from 6:30 to 9 pm as we head out to Witkowski’s barn for a night of giving thanks. God has blessed me (and you) in sooo many ways….yet too often I’m too busy with school/work, family, friends, and life to notice it. I definitely don’t thank God enough for all he has provided for me. A house to live in, a family that loves me, clothes to wear (and they are clean most of the time!), food to eat, good health, great friends, and tons of pretty awesome stuff….oh….and let’s not forget a loving God who sent his son to rescue me from sin. So come out with us this Wednesday as we take time to say thank you to this great God for those things. A great start to Thanksgiving!

Ready to run through the woods at night? Find some chips and spell out the key word? Well, I am and Saturday, October 22nd from 7-11 pm we will do just that. Let us know you are going as we will have doughnuts and cider to finish off the night. This is some of the most fun you will have hiding and running in the woods at night!

This Saturday we are playing Capture the Flag. You will not want to miss this fun and challenging game. Meet at the Barn at 7 pm and will will finish with smores around 10:30 pm. Bring a flashlight and friend.

Um….it's raining right now, which makes it difficult/unsafe to play ultimate. So it looks like we're going to have to cancel Ultimate Bible Study today. Sorry….see you at the Sunday Swim or next week for Ultimate.
